Who we are

Tovely is operated by Corefold Labs LLC, registered in California, United States. These terms describe the conditions for using Tovely. For questions or support, contact support@corefoldlabs.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using Tovely

Tovely helps you organize kitchen foods, find meal ideas, follow recipes, keep a shopping bag and plan shared meals. You can use photos, voice or text to describe foods and preferences.

AI suggestions and recognized foods can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before saving, shopping or cooking. Your kitchen list reflects what you last confirmed; it does not verify freshness, quantities or whether a food is still present. Generated meal images are illustrative and may differ from the dish you prepare.

Food safety and allergies

All calorie and nutrition values are estimates only, not verified measurements of your meal. Actual values vary with ingredients, brands, portions and preparation. AI-generated dietary labels and calorie preferences do not establish medical suitability. Check quantities and product labels when accuracy matters.

AI and allergy preferences can miss allergens, hidden ingredients, substitutions and cross-contact. No recipe, dietary label or suggestion is guaranteed allergen-free or safe for someone with an allergy. Check every ingredient, package label and preparation surface before serving; do not rely on Tovely to determine allergy safety.

Photos cannot establish freshness, safe storage or cooking temperatures. Follow packaging instructions and food-safety guidance. Do not use food you believe may be unsafe. Adults should supervise children preparing food.

Accounts and sharing

You must be 16 or older to use Tovely. Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in account secure. Do not use another person’s account without permission.

If you are 16 or 17, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use Tovely and make paid purchases.

Creating or joining a shared kitchen lets its members see its shared foods, photos, shopping items and meal plans. Only add information and photos you have permission to share. Leaving a kitchen or removing a member does not erase copies that other people already kept.

Sharing a meal makes its photo, recipe and chosen public nickname visible to other signed-in users. You must choose a nickname before your first post; it is saved in your Profile for future posts. Review what you post and do not include personal information about others without permission. Your private kitchen is not automatically published.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give Tovely permission to store, process and display that content to provide the features you choose, including sharing with kitchen members or the community when you choose to post. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Do not submit unlawful content, violate someone’s privacy or intellectual property rights, harass others, misuse accounts, bypass usage limits or interfere with the service. Contact support@corefoldlabs.com about content or conduct that concerns you.

AI suggestions may resemble content received by other people. Tovely does not promise that generated content is unique or that you receive exclusive rights to it.

Plans and subscriptions

Available plans, features and usage allowances are shown in the app. Before you purchase, you will see the price, billing period, applicable offer and relevant limits. Check these details before confirming your purchase.

A free feature preview, when offered separately from a subscription, does not itself enroll you in a paid subscription. A trial attached to a subscription may become paid unless you cancel; its terms are shown before you subscribe.

App Store purchases are charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting Tovely or your account does not cancel it. Refund requests for purchases billed by Apple are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law.

The app's license is governed by Apple's standard end-user license agreement unless a different license is provided in the App Store. These service terms apply alongside that license.

Availability and changes

We may update features, limits and these terms, or suspend access when necessary to protect people or the service. We will provide notice of material changes where required. Availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Paid subscription changes remain subject to Apple's terms and applicable consumer law.

Ending your account

You can request account deletion in Profile → Delete account after confirming your identity. Our privacy policy explains retention and deletion, including the deletion coverage still being completed for launch. Contact support if the request does not complete. Copies you already sent to other people or apps may remain with their recipients.

Deleting your account or removing the app does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions separately in your Apple account.

Responsibility and your rights

You are responsible for checking suggestions and deciding whether food is suitable and safe for the people eating it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

Privacy and updates

Our privacy policy explains information collection, sharing, retention and your choices. We will communicate material changes to these terms by email and an in-app notice. Updated terms will identify their effective date.
